Today we drove up to my aunt's house in Maidenhead, about 45 minutes from London. To break up the drive (about four hours without stopping), we stopped in Conkwell, my mum's old neighbourhood, saw my mum's old house, and walked up to Westbury White Horse, a chalk horse carved into a hillside. I expected the day to be boring and monotonous, but it turned out to be quite a fun and beautiful day.
